Hand-crafted dim sum Melbourne
Ming Dining is this shiny food place on Queen Street where everything looks fancy and smells like noodles. They cook Asian food but make it look like it’s from the future. There’s rice that’s half black and half yellow like a weird egg pancake, and people take lots of pictures of it before they even eat it.
They have meat that costs a lot, like wagyu and fish with a funny name (barra… something). The food looks tiny but everyone says it’s “so good.” They also have drinks with bubbles, and sometimes they make oysters super cheap so grown-ups get excited and yell “happy hour!”
You can go there to eat lunch, dinner, or pretend you’re rich. The lights are kinda dark, and there’s music that sounds like someone dropped chopsticks on a piano. The people who work there wear nice clothes and smile a lot even when you drop soy sauce.
There are rooms for parties, too, if you wanna eat small food with lots of friends and take pictures of everything. Ming Dining is basically for when you want to eat rice that looks cool and feel fancy for no reason.
