Mudbar is like a yummy food place by the water in Laun… Launces… Launceston, Tassie. It sit right next to the big water and boats, so when you eat, you can look and say “wooow water!” The place look all shiny and nice and make you feel happy to sit and munch food. The food here is like, super fun. They mix Aussie food with Asia food, so it like two food worlds go boom together.

You can eat fishy things, meaty things, veggy things, and lot more. They got little snack plates first, like oysters that look like shiny shells. Then big big plates for main food that make your tummy very full. And then sweet sweet desserts if you not too full but even if you full you still want. Mudbar people like to use good food from around Tassie. Some food come from their own farm, like lamb that go “baa” but then it become dinner. They get many fresh things close by so food taste like super fresh and yummy wow. They also have big drink place. You can get wine, coctail (shaky drink), spirits, and many drinky stuff.

The wine list is super big, like so many bottles, maybe a million (not really but look like it). Mudbar is also for party time!
