The Vault Cafe Bar is a fun food place in Wynyard, Tasmania. It inside a big old bank building, like where money sleep before, but now people eat food there. When you go inside, it feel warm and nice, like “oooh I wanna sit here and eat now.” In daytime it like a cute cafe, and in night time it turn into fancy bar-restaurant with lights and drinks and all that grown-up stuff.

The food is like mixy-mix. They got lunch things like potato crok… crokett… croquettes, and rice dish nasi goreng, pumpkin risotto that taste like warm hug, soft pork bao buns, and spicy prawn tacos that make your mouth go “ow but yum.” At dinner the food get bigger and more fancy. You can eat mushroom brushetta thingy, octo… octopus plate, pastrami on toast, seafood pasta, duck confit (duck but fancy), grilled salmon, lamb thing, or miso pork belly that look shiny.

They try use Tasmania food a lot, like veggie and meat that come from place not far away. So food taste fresh-fresh, like it just wake up. They also got big drink place, with wine, coktail, and spirit drink for grown-ups who like fancy cup. Some people say the bar is quirky in day and super classy in night, like it wear different clothes. They even got outside place where you can sit if weather not rainy and cold. You can also make party there, with friends or family or big group, cuz they have space and special party food.
